ReThink Strings provides professional racquet stringing services to customers in the Silver Spring, MD and greater Montgomery County area. By submitting a service request, you agree to these terms.

All service requests are subject to review and approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. ReThink Strings reserves the right to decline any request at any time, including due to scheduling constraints, string availability, or service capacity.

You will receive a notification confirming whether your request has been approved or declined.

Upon approval, you will receive specific drop-off instructions and a confirmed drop-off window. It is your responsibility to drop off your racquet within the approved window.

Estimated completion times begin once the racquet has been physically received. Submitting a request does not start the clock — drop-off does.

Racquets not picked up within 30 days of the pickup notification may be subject to a storage fee or forfeiture at the discretion of ReThink Strings.

Pricing is confirmed at the time of approval and communicated to you via email and/or SMS. Payment is due prior to or at the time of pickup.

Accepted payment methods include Venmo and Zelle. A payment link will be provided with your pickup notification. ReThink Strings does not accept cash or credit cards at this time.

By dropping off your racquet, you confirm that it is in a condition suitable for stringing. ReThink Strings is not responsible for damage to racquets that have pre-existing cracks, frame damage, or structural issues that may be exacerbated during the stringing process.

If a concern is identified during the stringing process, you will be notified before work proceeds.

You are responsible for providing accurate string and tension preferences at the time of your request. ReThink Strings will string to the specifications provided. If a requested string is unavailable, you will be contacted to confirm an alternative before work begins.

ReThink Strings takes great care with every racquet. In the unlikely event of damage caused during the stringing process, liability is limited to the cost of the stringing service. ReThink Strings is not liable for the replacement cost of the racquet frame or strings beyond this amount.

By voluntarily opting in to SMS notifications through the service request form, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your service request. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

ReThink Strings reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
